The Rise Up campaign is working to improve access to important local resources across the community.

Please use the map below to find important resources across East New York. Federally Qualified Health Centers and primary care clinics are visible on the map, as are ENY supermarkets and grocery stores. Some resources such as parks, farmers markets, food co-ops that will accept EBT can been seen by clicking the icon at the top left of the map and checking the relevant box.
